INTRODUCTION

Welcome to CelebPups, a product of InstaSleb LLC ("InstaSleb," "we," "us," or "our"). These Contest Terms of Service ("Contest Terms") govern participation in contests hosted within the CelebPups app (the "Game"). By participating in any contest, users ("you" or "participants") agree to comply with these Contest Terms, along with CelebPups’ general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

Contests involve public video submissions accessible via public URLs. These URLs allow submissions to be viewed, shared, and voted on by anyone, maximizing transparency and engagement.

BINDING AGREEMENT AND ELIGIBILITY

Agreement to Terms

By entering a contest, participants confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Contest Terms and any related policies. This forms a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not eligible to participate.

Eligibility

  1. Minimum Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

  2. Geographic Restrictions: Residents of regions where contests are legally prohibited are ineligible.

  3. Active Player Requirement: Invitations to participate are extended to users active within the Game in the past 24 hours.

  4. Employees and Affiliates: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of CelebPups (InstaSleb LLC) or its affiliates are ineligible to enter or win.
     

 

PUBLIC SUBMISSION, LICENSE, AND CONTENT USAGE

Public URL Access

  • Contest submissions are hosted via unique public URLs accessible to anyone with the link.

  • By participating, participants acknowledge that submissions may be shared on social media or used for promotional purposes.
     

Content Ownership and License

  1. Ownership: Participants retain ownership of their content but grant InstaSleb LLC and other users a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to view, share, and engage with submissions.

  2. License to InstaSleb: By entering the contest, participants grant InstaSleb a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, distribute, modify, and promote the content across any media, including websites, social media, and advertising.

  3. Publicity Rights: Participants agree that their submission, name, likeness, and performance may be used for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
     

 

ANIMAL WELFARE AND PROHIBITED CONTENT

Animal Welfare

  1. Participants featuring animals must ensure humane treatment in compliance with local, state, and federal animal welfare laws.

  2. Submissions depicting harm, stress, or unethical treatment of animals will result in disqualification.
     

Prohibited Content

  • Animal cruelty or endangerment

  • Defamatory, obscene, or offensive material

  • Personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties without consent
     

 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND JUDGING CRITERIA

Entry Submission

  1. How to Enter: Participants must respond to an in-app invitation within 24 hours and submit their videos using the provided interface.

  2. One Entry per Participant: Participants may submit only one entry per contest.
     

Judging Criteria

  1. Submissions are evaluated based on creativity, entertainment value, and social engagement (e.g., views, shares).

  2. The top 20 submissions will undergo a final review. Winners are notified via in-app messaging or email.
     

 

PRIZES AND TAX OBLIGATIONS
Prize Disbursement

  • Prizes range between $100 and $500, typically awarded through Visa or Mastercard gift cards. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

  • InstaSleb LLC reserves the right to offer alternative prizes at its sole discretion.
     

Taxes and Reporting

  • Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.

  • Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for prizes exceeding $600 in value.

  • If the winner is a minor, the prize may be issued to a parent or legal guardian, who must comply with all tax obligations.
     

 

LICENSE TRANSFER AND WINNER RELEASE REQUIREMENTS

  • To receive prizes, winners must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 24 hours of notification.

  • Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
     

 

MONETIZATION AND COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

  1. Content Monetization: InstaSleb reserves the right to monetize contest content, including through advertising, product placement, and sponsorships.

  2. Third-Party Tools: CelebPups may integrate with services like AdMob to support monetization through ads.
     

 

ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

Grounds for Disqualification

InstaSleb reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

  • Submit fraudulent or misleading content

  • Violate animal welfare policies or community guidelines

  • Engage in harassment or unethical behavior
     

Account Suspension

User accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, with an opportunity to appeal through InstaSleb’s support page.
 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

  1. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that activities involving animals carry inherent risks and assume full responsibility for any harm or injury.

  2. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold InstaSleb harmless from any claims arising from participation, including copyright disputes or animal welfare violations.

  3. Limitation of Liability: InstaSleb’s liability is limited to $200 or the amount of revenue earned by the participant in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
     

 

ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Arbitration Agreement: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Trenton, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  2. Class Action Waiver: Participants waive the right to participate in class actions.

  3. Opt-Out Option: Participants may opt out of arbitration by submitting a written notice to InstaSleb within 30 days of accepting these terms.
     

 

DMCA NOTICE AND COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE

If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, submit a DMCA notice via our support page. Misrepresentation of claims may result in liability under the DMCA.
 

 

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

  1. Modification of Terms: InstaSleb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting.

  2. Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  3. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive InstaSleb’s right to enforce it later.
     

 

CONCLUSION AND ACCEPTANCE

By participating in CelebPups contests, participants confirm that they understand and agree to these terms. Compliance with these Contest Terms is required for eligibility.
