InstaSleb LLC respects the intellectual property (IP) rights of others and expects users of the CelebPups platform to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the procedures for reporting, resolving, and addressing claims of IP infringement on the CelebPups platform and associated websites, including celebpups.com, celebpup.com, and instasleb.biz.

By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy, along with the Terms of Service, DMCA Policy, Privacy Policy, and other relevant policies.

 

1. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement (Infringement Notice)

If you believe your intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents) have been infringed on the CelebPups platform, you may submit an Infringement Notice through our support page at instasleb.biz.

Your Infringement Notice must include the following:

  1. Identification of the intellectual property right that has been allegedly infringed. If multiple IP rights are involved, provide a representative list.

  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or involved in the infringing activity, along with details or links that allow us to locate the material.

  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, email address, and phone number.

  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the IP owner.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on the CelebPups platform was removed or access to it was disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter Notification to our Intellectual Property Agent through instasleb.biz.

Your Counter Notification must contain:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its location on the platform before removal (e.g., URLs or platform links).

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you:

    • Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

    • If outside the U.S., consent to the jurisdiction of the Eastern District of Virginia.

    • Agree to accept service of process from the complainant who submitted the original Infringement Notice.

  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Offenders Policy

InstaSleb LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found to be repeat offenders of intellectual property rights. Multiple instances of infringement, including violations related to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or animal welfare laws, may result in permanent account termination.
 

 

4. AI Voiceovers and Platform Content

The AI-generated voiceovers used in CelebPups challenges are the intellectual property of InstaSleb LLC or its licensors. Users are prohibited from extracting, reproducing, or distributing platform-generated content, including AI voiceovers, without explicit permission.

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.
 

 

5. Backup Copies and Content Retention

If material is removed from the platform in response to an Infringement Notice, backup copies may remain on InstaSleb LLC’s servers for up to 90 days. These copies are maintained for legal, compliance, and operational purposes and will not be accessible to the public.
 

 

6. Misrepresentation and Liability

Knowingly submitting a false or fraudulent Infringement Notice may result in legal liability under applicable laws. InstaSleb LLC will pursue legal remedies against individuals or entities who submit fraudulent claims or abuse the IP enforcement process.

Users whose material is wrongfully removed may also seek remedies under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Intellectual Property Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement for IP Disputes

Any disputes arising under this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in Trenton, New Jersey, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class actions are prohibited, unless explicitly agreed upon by InstaSleb LLC.

 

8. Changes to this Policy

InstaSleb LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on instasleb.biz, and significant updates will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
